Repairing torn silicone mold
I have a jr series mold with a tear at the end where the stopper fits in at the end of the cap end tube. I would like to have it repaired in Brisbane if possible.
appreciate any advice as to where I can have the repair done. This mold is one purchased from the USA.

Get yourself a small tube of clear silicone.
Works great!

Was told some time back to use the stuff for fixing fish tanks(silcone).
Got that from the fella that made the mold.....take it for what it is worth.
Scott (rather it didn't need fixing) B

Thanks Scott
Looks like just the over the counter silicone will fix the problem as Les has suggested as well

I used some white kitchen and bathroom silicone recently to repair a mould. It worked really well. You can get the tubes from Bunnings but pay the extra and get a good quality silicone. The stuff I used dried overnight and totally sealed the tear.
