I Saved a Japanese Chiyogami!
After I had a wreck due to "Operator Error" with this blank from Branden (Penl8the).
Repaired with Med CA, turned, sanded 400x, buffed with super fine steel wool and polished with Huts Ultra Gloss.
Installed on a Titanium Gold/Black Titanium Elegant Beauty.

Nice save Les.
I've never seen one of these blanks, they seem to be quite clear.
I'm just wondering about the gold base color, is that in the blank, or have you painted the tube, or reverse painted, or is it the brass tube showing through ?
It makes for a very unique looking pen by the way.

Nice save! Very attractive pen.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
