No probs Neal, I enjoyed the company, sorry to chew your ear off Got some really good ideas from your SWMBO though, especially for my ivory chess pieces, she's welcome anytime.
The cross-cut cork blanks were certainly drool worthy. Mind you I think you may find some of those long cuts will be good too. The walnut's grain got a bit lost in the pen blanks, but will be good as pepper grinders.
I'm sure I will find a good use for the off-cuts and the actual cork bark.
