    Had been admiring the Australian pens on Timberbits site and placed an order on Wednesday, within a half hour of placing it I received a phone call from David and had a wonderful chat with him. Paid for ordinary post and expected it to arrive in 2 to 3 days. David put it in Platinum Post and I received my order at 4pm the next day. That is truly what i call good customer service. I am currently making a JR Victor and am using a piece of 5000 yr old Irish Bog Oak. Will post photos once it is completed. Thanks again for the chat and brilliant service David.
