    Default Sierra - Criminally Easy

Could the Sierra be about the easiest pen ever to assemble? It went so simple I thought for sure I had done something wrong, but no, it works a charm and looks very classy. You will need the larger deluxe barrel trimming kit for this (unless you have a sanding rig) as it does use the 10mm tubes. Carbatec acrylic blank sanded to 12000mm, no finish.

Those colours work a real treat together Toasty, very classy number.

It's a worry how we have so little faith in ourselves when things just go right!!

Toasty they are one of the easiest to do on the market assembly wise. The Polaris and Americana are on par with the Sierra for turning as well. Nice clean lines with your pen mate. A good fit up of barrel to hardware and that red has a great depth to it. Are you painting the tube or blank to get that effect?

Nah she is all natural. In direct sunlight you can faintly see what appears to be the tube, but it gives it more of a glowy refracty sparkly sort of look because of the polyurathane glue I use. I know what it is, but I don't think your typical customer would pick it up
