    Default First Slimline Pencil

Today's pencil, my first ever. Tube painting is supposed to represent Van Gogh's 'The Starry Night'...

Comments or constructive criticism as always appreciated.

It's an age-old secret practice lost in the mists of time that I have recently revived. I'm not sure I should pass on the ancient knowledge... but here goes... It involves a small paintbrush and oil paint applied with it to the tube.

Hi Chrome. So, you paint the brass tube, then cast in clear resin ??. Looking at the pics it looks like the 'blank' has been painted as I can't see any clear resin encasing it. Maybe I am missing something (my brain ? ). Just keen to have a go at copying one of your masterpieces Chrome.

Yep... I paint the brass tubes then cast in clear, using my own molds which are similar to the resin saver ones. You maybe cant see the resin, but it's there I can assure you.

Oh and I did spot the typo... at least I hope that's what it is...

    Cheers, Chrome
