    Default My son's pens

    Hello All
Finally got the son out to the Man Shed to turn some pens for himself
The green acrylic was a gift from a family friend. We got my son's name laser engraved onto the clip.

He has recently joined the Australian Army Cadets and wanted a pen which had the Australian Army Camouflage colours. He installed a rifle pen clip.

My son is a 14 yo, but showed great patience and skill, turning these two pens. Both are superb and I was really happy to see him do it and end up with a great couple of pens. I was meant to get a photo of him turning them, but forgot!

    Sincerely
    Willy

    Hey Willy,

Well done, and good on ya for getting the young fella into the shed, (Lucky he ain't a big fella yet, there wouldn't be enough room for him and the Tutor as well) I've seen inside your turning area, it's pretty small.

    Once again Great effort.

Better get some more kits, the rest of the squad will be ordering them

Thanks for your comments on this thread and my thread regarding our efforts. Unfortunately, after I showed my son the thread I had posted, he immediately stated, that his thread was more popular. (His thread 170 views, 5 comments versus my pens, 131 views, and 3 comments)
So, please do not look anymore on this thread, but check and comment on my bullet pens
    Cheers
    Willy
