Very nice bit of decaying & rotting timber there Ed ! . Funny, but when a light colored piece of timber begins to rot down, it could be just about anything eh !. I have a slab of my old 'Valencia Orange' tree that I have been drying out for just over 4 years. I will turn it into several pens in the next few weeks. A VERY heavy and dense wood, with a fine vein through it. Can't wait till the weather cools off enough to get back into the shed
I never forget anything I remember !!
