A very special pen
I was putting together a couple of pens for the Canadian troops and my 3 year old grandson was watching with a serious look on his face.
Went out to the garage and put a shredded Canadian Money one together ...
Then I had a Spalted Apple blank I finished and came in and was going to put it together and I cannot find the Flattop Sierra I had on the counter ...
Looking all around and finally I hear a small voice ... 'Grandpa, I made a pen too!"
He took a rubber mallet and pounded the transmission into the cap ... I told him what a wonderful job he did ....
Now to figure out how to take this apart ...

Why take it apart it looks fantastic to me
And you can bring it out when is older and say look at the pen you made or you can give it to him on a special occasion like graduationCheers Rum Pig

I agree, I think its a keeper. You can never replace that one... Oh, yours isn't too bad either.
Reality is no background music.
