Give David a call to see if there is a problem, either with stock or his health ,but may be a delivery problem to him, these things are worked out months in advance and a run on things can leave a retailer short . Cheers ~ John

Called David. Everything is ok. His stock was bought out by a big order. All new stock arriving soon.

All is fine over here.

New stock arriving on Friday or Monday. Its great when your doing a good job, you get orders from all over the world. This however throws all your projected calculations for stock predictions out the window.

Is there a need to place an order in advance. Your current computer system won't allow for it if you are out of stock with some items.

No need to place an order in advanced, plenty of stock arriving this time.

I don't like taking people's money if I don't have the stock available to send immediately. I have been personally burnt in the past where retailers have taken the money and 2 months later the goods has still not arrived. I don't like it happening to me, so I won't do it to others.

Congratulations David, many a small business would love to be in your situation, most have stock they can't sell. I know it won't take you long to get all the stock your buyers need.

Well, last week, I was laying in bed thinking of what to order from Timberbits, and next thing I heard the mail box lid bang shut, and Bug*er me, there was my order. Can you believe it ?.

NO, I can't believe it, can't happen. What can happen is that there was some confusion with the account or postage. I would appreciate it if you just send the order on to it's rightful owner, ME, and no further action will be taken.

I can only speak for myself mate, but i'm sure others will agree that i absolutly never expect the high level you give, though i am always thankfull that you make yourself that way, and mostly just astounded you can keep it up. Your a credit to your business mate, and thats why you have mine (and others). i hope your business stays as healthy as your attitude towards your clients, even the small ones like me.

Gee I was worried something might be wrong with David. But I agree with the comments above. His service to his cutomers is beyond reproach. Great service and great bloke allso.
