thanks for the feedback
not hard really, i did it says it all
just need some snail barrier tape, scissors, scriber, paint and some casting resin...ohh and a mold for casting the tubes....OOPS nearly forgot, in my case need my Glasses as well
i found that an initial overall layer gives better depth to press the rivet holes into the material
then just cuts some pieces and over lay them haphazardly, jury is still out on how small and intricate
then press the scribe point into the material along the high edges of each piece (i made a new scribe with a not so angled point, used it tonight and worked much better)
paint (i used black model paint)
rub it off after about 20secs, not too much though
let it dry, cast and turn
its not hard but very time consuming, took me a bit under an hour per tube, tonight and i haven't put them in resin yet, but i got 2 more cigars and 2 sieras ready to cast, maybe Friday night
i hope this helps
