Since I have no name you remind me of Brewed Ginger it can be incredibly bland or knock your socks off powerful. At the current Royal Canberra Show a guy was selling crushed Ginger bottled wow it kicked like a mule another first for me.

Now you remind me of your forum name 86 varieties of what I have seen so far, want you to know your remarks on your work reflect mine ie selection of blank material, grained timber, beautiful acrylics, what prompted these remarks was I straitway wrote down a page of observations before I read your text in brief these are:
1. Huon pine love that knot, definition, 2. Mango line definition really neat, 3.A lot going on in this blank of Ribbon Gum Burl very deep reflective stuff, 4. The reflective copper flashes in the Blue copper acrylic, 5. Flashes of Orange in the deep darkness of Tiger eye acrylic, 6. Straight turned Qld Maple beaut definition, 7.Kalaedescopic Midnight fire acrylic, 8. The bold and the beautiful Olive tree burl I too would be trying to keep as much timber as possible it is georgeous timber, ok curved it is heck its worth it.

If you progress at this startling selective way we have treats in store for us. Say hello to Bruce for me everything about him bespeaks quality and integrity, genuine friendship he has an encyclopediac knowledge of timbers I find quite uncanny his bandsawn boxes are world class and now no surprise his acrylics leap out from the crowd.

Using Davids and others kits a wise connection to make IMHO another winner.

Now if I missed others so be it to Illustrate my sentiments having spent considerable time and money purchasing a car for example I get it home and always proceed to take away all vestiges of stickers, names of dealers etc especially those number plate ads on those surrounds then by word of mouth never fail to acknowledge courtesy and services extended.

I read a lot about this blank and that but also know there is many a slip between the blank and the kit, technique and presentation in your case I pay tribute to your work, sentiments on helping worthy causes.

Thanks for the sentiments Peter. Pens well received on Saturday, I believe we will have a few more converts in appreciation of hand crafted pens instead of just absentmindedly picking up mass produced factory plastic pen. Many did not even realize such a thing existed.
