    They are as follows, Amber with inclusions, Banded Chrysocolla, Pink Larimar, Bloody Jasper, Banded Malachite and Kingman Turquoise. See what you think.

    Were they the old 80% rock type, or the newer 80% resin ones, that are far easier to turn?

    Neil,they were fairly hard to turn except for the Amber, but in saying that still had to use the pen pro because normal chisels didn't like the blanks very much.

    tdrumnut and Amos, the two you have mentioned are nice forms of Trustone. I love the reds in Trustone and the Bloody Jasper is my favorite. I am liking the Amber for the work of having to paint the drilled hole to conceal the tube. I am using chrome spray paint instead of white or black. Seems to be working ok for me so far.
