    Default Stylus sierras!!!

I have nothing but praise for David at Timberbits. One of the benefits of living not too far from his workshop and showroom is that I can visit, and have a chat about his products, and upcoming ones.

On my wish list for a long time has been a Sierra stylus kit, and they are finally here!! They aren't up on the Timberbits website yet, but he was happy enough to sell me a few in advance.

In my haste to see what they look like, I ripped apart an old Sierra pen and re-assembled it as the stylus pen.

The blank is Mulberry, sanded to 600, coated in 21 coats of thin CA, polished with micro-mesh and then finished with brasso.

    Simon.

Good looking pen, I can see why you were in a hurry to check out the kit. The rubber tip seems to be an improvement over the slimline (I have had a couple come adrift).

I like that, it looks better balanced than the Slimline Stylus.
Thanks for the preview of what's to come.

I agree with the others - very nice looking kit and blank. They do look well balanced as tree said.
