Thread: Another surprise

I got another surprise in the mail today. Some beautiful blanks from Bruce (Woodhacker). Attached a photo of them. Thanks very much Bruce, they are really appreciated and I will enjoy turning them.

Although they are very much appreciated, I really don't expect any gifts for the videos. It is just a labour of love making them and a great learning process for me. Neil, John and Tony have an enormous amount of knowledge and its great to pick up the tips.

I will arrange with Neil (dai sensei) to get another video under way very soon. This time turning. I was thinking that to save everyone money (although it is not much) in my buying DVDs and postage that I will ask Fred to organise another thread, similar to the last one. I will send out half a dozen copies to the first to ask and then they can be copied by the recipient and sent on to others. It will save multiple transfers of small amounts of money to my account and a lot of book keeping.
