Sydney Timber and wood working Show
Who went to the Sydney timber and wood working show on the weekend? This stupid black duck man could a person get his date so wrong as I have must be age is starting to catch up with me or I have really lost the plot.
Here I was all excited 4 years I have been planning to go I took an RDO so I could go on the Friday and hopeing meet a couple of guys like Crowie and any one else from the woodwork forum that maybe there specially some pen turners. Got up early milled around the house till it was time to go grabed the wife got in the car headed for the show ground got there the place looked dead drove around could not see any activaty going on anywhere around the joint then thought I must have the wrong place it might be at the Horden. So as I am driving around and the wife gets on her phone about 3 seconds later she gives me this look and says its not for another two weeks you idiot.
Well I just thought I would share this one you guys and hope to see some of you guys there on the right date at the right place.
Later Cobbers

Well Steve, not so much of a duck as a vertical Rooster. It's still 11 days away and there's plenty of vacancies on the roster (not rooster).

Consider it a practice drill. Keep doing it until you can do it in your sleep.
