A big thanks for outstanding service
Not sure if this post is in the wrong area, but I just want to say a BIG THANKS to Timberbits... Im amazed at the efficient service I have just received. Placed order in Townsville yesterday.. and all my goodies arrived today!! Even letters from Brisbane take 3 days. Now I still have a few more days off before holidays end.... and wont I be having fun!!! Thank you !!!!! Jenny

I order different things from so many different places on the net and David is by far the best! When I'm waiting for something from another supplier or ebay, I find myself wishing David was sending it lol

no matter how good a retailer is if the goods end up with some of our so courier sevices like I had a couple of weeks ago it can take six days to to get where it is sent. Hell they even dumped the parcel on my neighours doorstep

Put an online order in yesterday with David (Timberbits) at 2.30pm, by 4.30pm it is on it's way. He is right up there with Santa Clause !. I also put an order in at pretty much the same time with GPW and he also was extra quick off the mark in processing my order. So, to our forum sponsors 'congrats' and thanks for such outstanding service.
I never forget anything I remember !!

Had an order arrive looking like it was run over by a truck. the postie, a good type of character, even came to the door with it., He said ring the supplier [ Timberbits ] and ask re insurance. I did and was told to send them a picture. I did. Next day a complete replacement order arrived. That's not good service that is MAGNIFICENT. The only thing I buy elseware is something they don't stock.

Who says you can't get good service anymore?
David's service is second to none.
It makes me wonder why, when you go to a retail store, you are treated with contempt by untrained staff who ignore your presence etc etc
Could this be why retail stores are losing customers?
Just goes to show that people still appreciate good service and talk about it to others when it's good.

Hey All,
I have been buying bits from David for a while now, and now have a few of the boys at Play Group (read Wood turners Group), thought that I was having them on when I told them that bits will arrive the next day (in Western Australia) they are now all happy customers.)
I have just completed a magical mystery tour and called in and met David and had a grand tour of the new Factory (It's not just going to be a shop front) awesome setup, and his display is really special in the flesh.
