Thanks to the staff @Gary Pye Woodturning Supplies
Many thanks to the staff at Gary Pye Woodturning Supplies.
Their shop is half way across the country and if I ring them on a Friday I have the goods delieved by Australia post the next working day. They must pack-em and deliever to the post bloody quick,
Must also credit Australia Post for the way they must pull their finger out to move them so quick.don't let that "Senior Member" fool you, I'm still a beginner

Must agree with the first guy, these guys know their stuff and it is my first choice everytime ,they have been doing it for a long time. I also love going to their shop and seeing all the finished pens.

Ian, if you have a problem like you encountered, it is good to alert the seller that at that time you felt let down,(maybe they hadn't had their pie and sauce for brekky!) and I am sure knowing them there chaps that something would have been done to rectify the situation. Amos

I've dealt with them a dozen or so times over the years, and every time I would have to give them top marks for their service.
