What is this timber?
Hi,
I purchased a heap of beautiful pen blanks from Mapleman and identified most of them. But do you think I can work out what timber this is. It is wrapped around a Sierra finished to 600, MM to 12000, EEE and Shellawax.
Have sold the pen and the purchaser would like to know the timber.

Bit hard to tell from the photo Todd. Could be a cedar. Ask Mapleman. He will know. If I didn't know if was from him I would have thought Fiddleback from the photo
