Fabulous pen Les!!
I admire the standard of you workmanship, especially you finishes.
Must say though that the piece of timber for this one is obviously very special.

A great pen Les and, as usual, a great finish! how do you apply the clear Poly? do you dip it? brush it? or wipe it on?

Beautiful pen Les... do have to say that I am a big fan of your finish/photography though. Really steps your pens up a notch
It's only a mistake if you don't learn from it.

Nice Les,
I agree with the comments about the finish.
I'd love to see more of a tutorial about your finishes.

Hey Les,
Very Nice, I am now going to try to get a finish like you get.

Sensational Les
I must admit I've often looked at the Cypress boards throughout my house and thought "I wonder if LOML would notice a small hole *right there*" On the whole, it's a fairly plain wood but there are bits and pieces that really stand out. You've obviously picked an absolute beauty.
Cheers,

Lovely looking pen Les, but I'm wondering if the rapid change in diameter as it goes from the tip to the wood, might make it somewhat uncomfortable to use?
