    Default todays effort

i havent posted any pics lately so i thought i would.

i got my order from addictive pen kits today and i got straight to work.

2 x green glamourz letter openers. the tops of these are slightly over turned ( i didnt have the right bushes for them )

pink glamourz slimline. this was meant to be two letter openers but i underturned them because i thought they needed normal 7mm bushings but they actually need the streamline bushes. that is the reason why the two barrels arent identical ( the way i like slimlines ). i dont think it looks any good - so i'm going to dissasemble this pen and do something else with it.

    blue glamourz satin nickel sierra.

    red glamourz gold sierra.

spotted wolf fish elite cigar. i really like this pen.

thats all for now. not much more to come either cos school goes back tommorrow and i'm going to haver bugger all free time.

    cheers

btw, comments, critique etc. all welcome

    cheers guys.

the glamourz i think will be bought by women or for presents. my mum and sister really liked them, but i got to admit, the blue looks really good with the satin nickel

oh, btw - the fish in the elite cigar is really heavy. it also has a gel ink inside it ( i decided it was a good pen so i would put decent ink in it. ).

    Stirlo,

Sterling work on your pens and letter openers, but as everyone has said the wolf fish elite cigar is by far the stand out of the crowd. Top work mate, how was first day back at school lol.

You're doing a pretty good job of critiquing 'em yourself.

I'm no fan of glamourz nor do I particularly like the cast skins (where's the wood? ) ...but the fishy one is a nice exception.
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.

the wood needs to be cut and drilled and milled...and these nice plastics already come prepared...i'm so lazy.

seriously, i got about 2 months to fit in about 20 pens between work and school and hockey ( before the actual season starts ). so i should be making quite a few wooden ones.

    cheers

I like the spotted wolf fish too. ................What is spotted wolf fish?

Also good to see you left the wood work for the last possible moment.
That is the best way I have found. Next woodwork bout will be just before last assignment is due.

Nice spotted wolf fish Stirlo. Not a fan of the sparkly ones either but I'm sure someone will.

    Good luck today at school.
