    Default Tonight's 3 Clickers

    Canadian Rock Maple; Blackwood; African Wenge.

    Sanded to 1200 grit and finished with UBeaut Glow.

    Just curious to see how well glow lasts. I know CA is tough, never used glow long term...

    the pens look great

    i stopped using Glow because the oil or acid or whatever on your fingers takes the finish off pretty quick, could be i was doing it wrong somehow

    interested to see how yours hold up

    Really? Interesting. I called UBeaut and the man said it should be fine for a couple of years.

    Fortunately/unfortunately, I'd made the Blackwood pen for myself, and after posting a pic on Facebook, sold it within 30 mins! Back to the lathe for another! I'm having trouble finding my 'perfect' pen, that's not only sale quality, but is just 'me'...maybe I'm spoilt for choice!
