    Default Tortoise Shell - PRK-401

Things get busy at work on Wed for the next six weeks (next day off from tomorrow is 8 Mar) so I thought I might post this one up. A lady on a forum at work thought this kit would look nice in what she called Tortoise shell and then I was given this blank on the same day. It was meant to be I guess. Fairly happy with the result although still not sure about the feel of the pen (good quality kit, just feels tail heavy). I had a little help with this one as well, although he lost interest in the sanding pretty quickly.

    Enjoy,

At a glance, I'd say it's Tortoiseshell coloured acrylic? Even so, it has come up looking good.

I don't blame the young feller to lose interest during sanding... I have troubles keeping my eyes open about then too!
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.

Skew got it... it's just a Tortoise shell coloured acrylic. Was told to go gently but it worked fairly easily. The blank was given to me to try so can't tell you much more about it really.

    Cheers,
