Cup is about 210ml, but I only fill to about 175 - what's that, around 5 - 6 oz? I genrally run 1.5 - 2% catalyst and have never had a problem with setting.

I'll give more pigment a try. That would be the best solution if it works, although it's going to push the blank cost up as pearlex isn't exactly cheap, but better than throwing the blanks & tubes away as useless.
