Grateful thanks again to Cisco for the blank, cut on the X, care taken close to the finish, stabilized with CA just in case small chips wanted to come out. Finiah with CA and BLO. Amos

As we have seen many times before , the simplest kits with the right dressing and skill can make a beautiful pen , this one combines the "Better" kits with the right dressup and skills to produce another outstanding example for us "amateurs" well done once more Amos. cheers ~ John

Wow! You did that one proud, Amos. I know first hand how hard that stuff is to turn. Just picked up some more tulipwood and bocote (suitable for crosscutting) - just say the word.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
