    Default Waste Not Want Not

After turning and finishing on of Branden's (PenI8the) Wenge/Styrene segmented blanks I saved the shavings and cast in PR to make a couple more pens.

The Longwood Click is finished with 6 coats of Satin MINWAX Oil Modified Water Based Polyurethane using my "Dipping Method".

It is a perfect choice of pen kit for this blank. Some precision drilling to ensure the white lines are parallel.

I have to come to your place to get a personal lesson on dipping method.

    Great job as usual, Les.

Did you use CA on the tubes and then roll them in the shavings? Outstanding concept, there -- no waste.

I spray the tube with Elmer's Spray Adhesive, and then saturate with Thin CA.
    Works great for me.
