wedding pens
A couple of blingy pens for a happy couple to sign on the dotted line with. I used coffee powder to dye the epoxy whilst gluing in the tube for the red mallee burl blank as suggested by bdar in a previous post. Worked a treat.

Very nicely finished!! Are they the new Harvest pens from Timberbits that replace the Cambridge?

Ozkaban , the other timber is River Red Gum, not as nicely figured as some other from the same piece, thems the breaks.
Treecycle, yes they are the renamed Cambridge. Shame I remembered that David had a special price for forum members AFTER I had placed the order. Luckily I only got the two.
Bit flashy for me but the women folk tell me that they are just the thing for the occasion. Matter of fact already have a request for another pair.
