    Do you mean a captured ring like the attached or do you mean a ring inside the open section but around the tube... if you mean the second then its my whip on the brews if you pull that one off

    I did cheat a bit. I drilled 4 holes all up, two on two sides then used my dremel with a small sanding bit to join the holes then turned. The hardest part was the round bit inside, had a bit left over glued to the tube turned and had fun getting it of the tube. It was finished of with spray resin.
