Default White Stripe Styrene Jr. Gent Pro V1

Another attempt for vertical segmenting. Eight wedges of Wenga sandwich between white styrene (0.50 mm thick). The pen kit is Jr. Gent Pro V1.

I applied about 10 coats of Wood Turner Finish - wipe-on longitudinally, not dipping. I used a hair blower/dryer at medium heat to speed up the drying in between coat.

    No buffing afterwards.

    Thank you for looking.

    Comments are welcome.

    that does look great

I was curious when you said styrene, as I know this, to be the stuff that cheep esky's are made of - ie. polystyrene and because it's made of little tiny balls, is very light ans easy to dent... I was curious to see how you used it... do you have a link or a "How-to" on getting the styrene to become hard and 0.5mm thick..?

    Hi All,

Thank you for the kind words.

    Salty72,

Simomatra is correct. Styrene sheet, not Styrofoam. You can get them from any "model train" store.

I used this brand (have a look here) --> Sheets Economy Packs
