Kim, in my youth, I was BIG on Wrestling when it first started, the hated Killer Kowalski and the loved Domemic De Nucci, and so forth, used to have a mattress on the ground and tried to emulate the 4 BY Leglock that was done by Chief Little Wolf, and the Atomic Drop and Body Slams etc. I used to go to Festival Hall in Melbourne and come home hoarse.!
By the way, did I tell you about the turner that went to the Seymour Expo and forgot his Esky, he chased all over Heathcote and not one Esky!!!?? finally the lady at IGA took pity and gave him a Foam Box with a lid, that did the trick, still have that box

Wow! you had a great set up and what signage very impressive.
A pity the ales were not as good as expected but you are definitely getting the name out there, congratulations.
