    Default Worthless Wood

    Hey There,

Finished off my first Worthless Wood Pen today, David (djevans) made the Blank from N T Iron wood, and the Kit is a Sierra Excutive from Timberbits, sanded to 2000 wet and dry and then finished with EEE and then a lick of Hutt Friction Wax, I had a piece fly off at the last trim and glued it back in,( Now under the Clip) David has another one that blew out, (couldn't find that bit so he is re-casting it)

I like the concept so I'll be looking for more Worthless Wood.

    Thanks for looking

Looks Ok, but my only comment would be that it needs a CA finish. WW blanks from Aus are usually with ployester resin, so need the CA finish to ensure they stay stuck together.

    Hey There,

Thanks for the comments, Neil I will take that on Board,as it's a new concept, I will try anything to get a reliable product. I will also ask dave if we can use a bit more pigment, I dont like the tube showing through.
