    Default Zodiac Fruit Salad Sierra's

Mark from 043turning supplied the Flat top Zodiac Sierra's and the Fruit Salad acrylic blanks some time ago.

I have just got round to making them while my shoulder is on the mend.

One of the Green halves had a parting of the tube I am hoping a plan B might rescue it.

    Thumbs up

    Eye catching pens Ray!!!
I guess the shoulder trouble leads to some lack of control
as i see some overturning in a couple of places. Not usual
    for your good self.

    Thanks Ian

I hope so I am giving it some rest but not much to much to do this time of year unfortunately. Then of course there is me I have to move about which aggravates it most.

They stand out Arthur thats for sure.

If your mean to much taken off the ends Arthur no I think time for new bushes or over zealous sanding or eye wear problems damn new glasses.

Although I have had similar on a different kit micd the old and new kit and a smidge difference in out dia of fittings to bush will have to double check new kits to old bushes in future.

nice pens mate, a good splash of color mixed in should catch the eye of prospective owners

i think the flat top type sieras have a bit more meat on them than the standard, i had one come out much the same but when i swapped the components to a standard siera all was good

i haven't as yet measured the components from the different sets to confirm the difference though

    all the best

Well as stated above one blew out by 1/2 and i took a piece of False Ivory I had just big enough and even when I had glued it up and polishing it thought this is going to look terrible.

The black line is off the Fruit Salad its not glue line

Thanks all for the comments re my shoulder it has much improved still need to be careful at times but at least transferring is back to normal from wheelchair to stool etc
