That's nice gear.
If I needed to set a router bit height for example I'd use a stiff bridge like a steel ruler on edge and the depth gauge function of a std vernier. You just subtract or add the thickness of the ruler (also measured with the vernier) in the calculation.
Slower than your tool, but I don't do it often enough to warrant making a tool like that.
Very good workmanship BTW.I'm just a startled bunny in the headlights of life. L.J. Young.

Thanks. I am a tech teacher and I have to show my students a range of processes. This is just an example of CADCAM, Milling, Drilling and Turning.

Hello LS positioner
I just recently bought the LS positioner for my tablesaw, along with the left side router table. When using the positioner for the tablesaw only, the system works flawlesly. When I put on the wonder fence to do jointery, I can not get a clean cut on the pins or tails of any size or thickness of lumber.I follow the manual suggest router bit size and lumber thickness. While routing ,it eitheir chews up the joint or completely breakks it off (1/4").I am using a screw clamp with backer boards front and back .Wonder fence in perfect alignment. Any suggestions greatly appreiated
