It was one of the big ones and I had an ambition to make boxes. Due to other issues that never happened. Thanks for asking.

Ouch! but hey look on the bright side!!!
Hi Scuttle
Hate to be the bearer of bad news.... but the Ultra 24 can be picked up for $565 Brand new from Woodworksupplies.com.au.
In any case to get a pressie like that is awsome - I recommend getting it out and having a go it's easy to setup with all the detailed instructions - I have a LS32 with Wonderfence and when using with the router... well lets just say you might find a whole new way of working with routers and the ease at which finished projects fly from the table!!
Go on give it a go you are a west ozzie afterall!!I hope there are great Motorcyle Tracks, Jarrah and Tassie Oak in Heaven!!:D

Incra Jig 24" Ultra
Thanks for the heads up.
I know what was paid for it nearly 5 years ago and what I am asking is a couple of hundred less. No names mentioned here.
You have talked me into it.
Do you know of anyone who could give me instruction in how to use it?
I have so much beautiful timber for boxes and small projects.
Kind regards
Scuttle

Great
You won't look back Scuttle.
I'm sure the guys at timbecon could get you started (i think its Simon? who does the demos at the show and on some Saturdays at timbecon.
Grahame (GWhat) at www.woodworksupplies.com.au may also be of benefit.
(Sorry guys if I dobbed you in but you have been of great help to me with the Incra!)
Also read through the master template library especially the beginning it gives you all the trick to get tight fitting dovetails among many other things. Most of all you will enjoy the fine tuning accuracy of the Incra - IMHO nothing like it!!
Start off testing settings with some crappiata and then when the confidence is up bring out that beautiful timber for a simple box or maybe something more adventurous - you only live once and lessons learned from mistakes maketh the man!
Glad to hear your giving it a go!!I hope there are great Motorcyle Tracks, Jarrah and Tassie Oak in Heaven!!:D
