cupped figured maple
got a nice 3/8" bookmatched set of bigleaf maple which has cupped about 1/16 to 3/32 across a 10" span - it has bent from end to end as well [22" long]
i have damped / stickered it down flat around 3 months ago and it still is showing a decent woof
i know this stuff is a real pain and warps everytime you look at it let alone show it to a machine. is there a way of coaxing it into a more flattish aspect??ray c
dunno what's more fun, buyin' the tools or usin' em'
