I've been looking at products to re-clad my fibro home with, and after gettinga price on excellboard (14k) I've decide to research natural wood a bit further - my main prefernce at the moment is Red Cedar (and considering maybe Boral Plywood evolution Cladding). I want the finish product to be White and display the classic "country cottage" look - but my only concern is that I dont want to have to sand back the paint in the years to come when it needs a repaint, I want a low maintenace clean and new coat deal. Im aware you can do this with some penetrating oil stains, but does anyone know of a similiar effect product that will give me my WHITE finish??
