Good afternoon guys

I need some advice and was hoping that someone might be able to help me.

I share a driveway with my neighbour that has garages at the end.

My neighbour and I are currently in the process of having the easment removed.

My property has a 2 mtr rendered brick wall that runs around the entire perimeter . So once the easment is recieved I will demolish part of the existing wall (ie; the portion which runss parrell with my neighbours property) and re-construct a new one (ie; on my share of the common land which was omce the shared driveway). The wall itself is 6 mtrs in length , 2 mtrs in height & 30 centimetres in depth)

Given that the wall is there to divide the two properties it was suggested to me rtaheer than constructing a new brick wall and having to get new footing's completed etc.

From a cost perspective it would be much better for me to construct a building frame and then attach cement board to that and then render straight over the top. This would achive the same look sd the rest of the existing wall around my property at a fraction of the cost.

I am just concerned if I was to go with option that it wouldnt be as sturdy as a brick wall ( ie; would be subject to more movement resulting in the render been more prone to cracking). Also that it would have the same durablity as a brick wall and may deteriorate over time.

Can anyone offer me any advice with what option would be best or any alternatives that I should look at

Thanks
