not sure if this is the right spot to put this but, i have an easement in gross created in favour of the minister for public works, i'm trying to have it removed as i want to knock down my house and build over the easement, I was told by the conveyancer buying the place that the easement was created for a water pipeline but it was never used so it will be very easy to have the easement removed.
Everywhere i go to find out how to get it removed i just get passed around with no help at all.
The paper work i have for the easement can not be read but it dates back to 1902.
