Just wanted to know if anyone had any idea of the costs to add an extension approx. 30sqm - to include a bathroom and laundry? been quoted anywhere from $100K to $150k which seems ludicrous as even more than the highest range noted in Archicentre data sheet. Renovation is to be done in Sydney.
