is this the right height to build under?
hi there i have a high set, and i want to build under it
i understand it has to be 2.4m high
when i measured it i measured it from the "floor boards above" the highest point down to the floor and it came just in at 2.4. is this ok? or does it get measured from the lowest beam to the floor?
if not (i cant build a livable area).. aprt from raising the house... what can i do to add recognaised value to this unused area..any thoughts?
i have attached a photo
thanks again
