Hi,

My engineer has specified structural beams to be grouted in place. My walls are block filled concrete and garage openings and a section over the family requires heavy structural steel - Lintels and Beams. The engineering company manufacturing the steel sections will position the steel and chock it in place but will not go beyond that.

I will chemset bolts into the concrete and then I need to grout the steel in place.

I believe this involves putting up a form around the mating area and pouring in special grouting cement.

Has anyone done this or know how its done so I can be sure to do it right?

Many thanks

Ralf
