Evening all,

I'm planning to replace my fibreglass patio roof with polycarbonate. I was looking at a pergola shop last weekend to see colours for laserlite and the sales guy suggested I change the design to improve ventilation (which makes sense). Currently both roofs are flattish. He suggested raising the end of the poly up to give an air gap and allow the hot to escape, see drawing below. Question is, how do I join the sloped section of the poly with the flat klip lok? I thought of screwing some timber sloped to the same profile on top of the klip lok and then securing the poly edge to this?

Cheers,

Tom
