losp pine for framing?
hi all after six months our extension is taking shape with the slab down yesterday now its time to get framing!I have a question regarding what timber to use as it says min of losp h2 timber.when i asked the the drafty if this is needed he gave me a list of timbers and what conditions they can be used but this didnt really tell me much. the slab is higher than gorund level by 50 to 150mm and shouldnt be damp and its also had termite treatment pre pour so am i ok to use regular pine
