ok another question for the week. about to hang the rafters on the extension , skillion colourbond roof, and the plans state the battens are 70x45 mgp 10. now went to the local bunnings today to get this and some ply bracing and the bloke said they dont stock this size anymore and i would be going to find some. he tells me that everyone uses 70x 35 mgp 12. is bumping it up to 12 enough to make up for the 10mm of timber? or am i best to try get hold of the drafty?
