Hi All,

I am just wondering what level of documentation I require A: for council submission and B: for me/owner builder. I have had various quotes of varying magnitude. To my understanding if I got a site plan, floor plan, full elevations, window schedule, sections and an electrical plan, that would be enough to satisfy my council, obviously engineering would be required for footings and any other structural workings. My question is as the owner builder, will this documentation show any level of construction detail? and if not what is the next step? Working drawings?

PS: Any positive referrals to melbourne based drafting services would be greatly appreciated.
