I've come across a termite damaged house that I'm quite keen on.

Its of brick veneer/tile roof and slab construction. Damage is pretty major to wall framing and not too bad to the roof structure.

To me as its a concrete slab/brick veneer, it appears a pretty easy job to replace the termite infested framing a section at a time. So I was thinking I'd strip it room by room, support the roof trusses, reframe where required then resheet with gyprock, move to the next room. Coming back to do the gyprock finishing/skirtings/architraves etc when the rest of the house is completed.

Am I over symplifying this, what am I not thinking of? Just off the top of my head it appears to be too easy because of the slab and brick veneer cladding.

BTW the colony of ants has been eradicated already, so work could start.
