Revised floor layout
Just looking at various layouts for my new place, what are your thoughts on the various layouts, each has pluses and negatives, trying to maximize the massive wasted spaces in this house.
The only thing I don't want to touch are in Red, these are 5m high brick blades, which are holding up the atrium roof, and it's a lot of trouble if these are removed, or moved.
Thought about keeping the wall between the kitchen and lounge open with breakfast bar etc, but two problems with this, it robs an entire wall from the kitchen for cupboards, plus the lounge has no wall for TV etc.
I can block in the sliding doors from the lounge for TV, but then this forces you to go through the dining room to get to the outside entertainment which I would like to avoid this.
Not sure about Version 3 with the master bedroom door on the other side as it isolates this from the other bedrooms, but does maximise the master bedroom size.version 4 is a compromise on master bedroom entry, might restrict getting furniture into the room
