Shed expansion - truss question, LB wall?
Hello All,
Long time lurker, first time poster
I'm wanting to relocate the shed that was put there in 1993 by the 2nd previous owner.
The shed was put in a very bad location - it's about 1 metre from the back door, preventing us from having a large deck out the back.
We would like to relocate it to the back corner of the yard, and am currently investigating with council as to the requirements.
When I relocate the shed, I want to remove the outside patio part and have the entire shed enclosed.
I'd like to remove the internal wall as shown below:
Is this wall load bearing ? There is a strut from the top of the roof going directly over the top of the studded wall, this is the case for all 5 trusses.
Is the wall load bearing ? and if so, what are my options ?.
Thanks - Rob.
