Hello, recently, our landlord did roof repairs to all of our rental units. We have sisalation under the battens. During these repairs, the landlord removed and did not replace large sections (about 1.5m wide across the whole length) of sisalation between the units' party (dividing) walls. We are taking this to the Tribunal to try to get it replaced. Our view is that it is a thermal material and any gaps wil compromise the effectiveness of the sisalation; meaning that our comfort will be affected and our energy costs will increase.

Can you offer any other suggestions that we can put to stengthen our arguments? Any links you can provide would be great. Thanks.
