Split Underpurlin
I have a double brick house with a tiled roof and last week we had batts put in the ceiling, they noticed a split underpurlin.I went up and had a look and thought I could lay another underneath this, supporting it with new supporting posts. What do people think.Would appreciate your expertise as this is a load bearing structure. Thanks, awaiting your replies.I think this is urgent.
